Instructing solicitor for Kristian Pulkownik (‘Horse Punch Guy’) Samir Banga reviewed the footage with us back in 2021 and has now (in 2023) successfully had all charges against his client dropped.
Kristian’s legal team is now signalling defamation claims for Kristian who was widely pilloried as ‘the Horst Punch Guy’ by multiple media outlets.
The judge dismissing the final charge noted that Kristian has been under intense scrutiny, saying ‘his noggin was printed all over the press’. After being arrested, Kristian spent three weeks in prison before being granted bail.

Clearly set up for the "punches horse" media story as the cameraman catches the perfect angle, then the guy is whisked away by police immediately…
I hope he sues, is found successful and can retire a very wealthy man. If it were me I'd want to retire somewhere out of this crud hole.

As a 18 year old never having anything to do with police, but having a statement typed out by a cop and told to sign it over an accident I never had ……. I believe the police would do anything they want…. And in my mid sixties now and still have not had any involvement since. They lie !!!!

Isn't the fact he had to beat the final charge of "Unlawful assembly" on the grounds of "Mental health" a bit of an issue? It's as if the courts have forced him to admit he's psychiatrically unstable or of unsound mind.
