When a missile recently landed on a farm in Poland, killing two, reporters, pundits and other members of the establishment commentariat quickly looked to blame Russia, with one AP report citing an unnamed “US intelligence official” as proof that Russia was responsible. But that turned out to be untrue, and the AP was forced to issue a retraction. Yet the anonymous official who passed along the misinformation to the AP remains unnamed. Why? Why would the news agency seek to protect a source who knowingly misled them about a news story with the potential to dramatically escalate the Ukraine conflict, and possibly lead to nuclear war?

Imagine if those Ukrainian missiles were intended to blow up the fertilizer plant in that town, which would have resulted in many deaths while simultaneously concealing their origins, rather than leaving evidence for a farmer to photograph and save the world.

Cheney plants a story in the NYT and calls it as proof of Iraq's illegal nuclear activity????… shouldn't such news be printed after confirmation from the government so that the paper could then point fingers at the government as the source? So, this means that the US went to war against Iraq and killed millions because of what was printed in the NYT and not credible US intelligence … 😂

Should we really ever trust American so called national security experts?
