Regarding the documents: whatever they are they are not a leak. Folding the sheets in such way would put a big neon sign pointing to the "who's done it" person.
Regarding the information in them: there is at least one piece of information that is undoubtedly false. According to CNN (I've got no time to read them, I admit) one of them states that in February Bulgaria committed to donting it's Mig 29 fleet to Ukraine. But in February (and before, and after) we didn't have elected government. Because the parliament was not able to elect a government we are (and were) governed by an appointed government. Appointed by the President. A president who is and was very oppose to donating any kind of lethal aid to Ukraine – and was quite vocal about it. Moreover: a President who himself use to be a fighter jet pilot, use to fly those very same Migs (the actual physical objects, not just the type). And after he was no longer active duty pilot he use to be the head of the fleet. What are the chances of such person to engage in any negotiations regarding his fleet (knowing quite well that they are the only jets the country possesses), let alone commit to giving them away? I'd say non.
So there is at least one piece of information that is clearly false.
And there is an important principle in physics (comes from math) – the principle of the 13th stroke of a clock. And it states that if a clock strikes 13 times it is not the 13th stroke that is incorrect, but all 13 of them.
Meaning that if there is some information in there that is correct that is coincidental and should not in any way be analyzed.
