There were some answers provided last week to questions on notice about ASIC’s conduct in terms of trying to lobby to stop the inquiry.
But in late breaking news, and not covered in the earlier show, further questions and answers were posted late last Friday evening (putting the trash out?) demonstrating just how unwilling the Corporate Regulator is in terms of disclosure. Is this contempt?

Its interesting in the age we live in how deep the corruption in our world goes, and for the moment, we are able to discuss it.
20 years ago, a few people would have seen it and talked about it under the cover of darkness, but now moments like this cause great beams of light cast on the dark evil that seems to be engulfing our world.
Its an amazing and scary time to be alive, I do hope for a bright and expansive future, but dam its looking grim atm.

The contempt is coming from the Noahide laws.

Everyday makes one wonder if another meteor strike to cause an extinction level event is increasingly more and more appropriate in regards to the future of mankind.
Those who didn't got it yet, we don't live in a democracy, our government is far for being transparent, laws that apply to you might not apply to those with money, influence or in a position of power.
Nothing will change till the population wakes up to the rot and take back their country and full separation of power take place once again.

Are you having trouble joining the dots? Can you see the similarity between the RBA's response to Senator Gerard Rennick when Senator Rennick asked for the correspondence between the RBA and the Bank of International Settlements; and the similar response by ASIC to Senator Andrew Bragg about ASIC's attempt to influence elected representatives with respect to the current inquiry? Martin is correct; Australia is a banana republic run for the interests of Western Capital. The Australian taxpayer is nothing more than a source of funds to pay the wages of these traitorous criminals, and a source of wealth that can be siphoned and transferred to the foreign masters of these fifth columnists.

Instead of asking ASIC for the communications with Senators and staff, why don’t the recipients (the Senators and staff) simply table these communications with the committee?

My wife and I both worked in Canberra in the 80s along side Politicians and Bureaucrats while being involved in the construction of New Parliament House.
I couldn't believe the outright corruption in front of everyone by many departments..
I couldn't believe the waste of money $$, time and people's lives.
It opened up our eyes to the criminal nature of many of those on top.
The welfare portfolio is the 'smoking gun' in a massive fraud against the Commonwealth that has 'funded and built the framework' to permit piracy and plunder of the aged and poor. What happened to generational wealth in Australia? Look at the volume of homes foreclosed after waiting the mandated 2 years before 'selling the family home', that is driving the homeless widow numbers in Australia. Aged care industry, is nothing more than a pyramid ponzi property portfolio scheme; that empowers those running it to enrich themselves at the cost of the tax-payer and the citizenry. No ASIC oversight, no executive council overwatch and deregulated by such division in rights and standards of human rights, health and aged care; that the third reich would be proud of. Essentially the CROWN is funding genocide as per the WEF program of reducing numbers. Its reeking of a 'fourth reich', WHO funded by billionaires and German big parma producers, steering the non-essentials into an early grave for economic reasons. Its the new final solution, for all now.
