Pilger is definitely the best journalist and everything he said was absolutely correct, it's so disgusting the mainstream media has shunned him. The state of journalism in the UK is so disgraceful especially by the BBC who are constantly pumping out propaganda (mostly complimenting UK foreign policy).

Real,honest Journalists have an insight into matters that can bring enlightenment to the masses. It seem's that that is not appreciated with the corrupt Neanderthals in control. Their so agraid of humanity evolving into better higher souls, they want to keep the masses uninformed, misinformed and ignorant, crawling on all fours like creatures, so they don't realize what they could be and what their rights are. The way such Journalists are being treated or killed, is shameful. The corrupt, killer system and their Kangaroo Courts are a disgrace, this is all a crime against humanity. We have High Courts, Supreme Courts ,the International Court, the UN yet injustice is rampant all over the World. Judges have as great a sacred duty as Journalists do but we are'nt seeing them. The corporate media has to throw off it's shackles and do it's duty, the only way to earn Respect and deserve the title "Honourable"
The corrupt governments everywhere, depend on their millitary and corrupt police and agencies to beat the masses down, the uniformed should consider their position and integrity.

It does'nt look like Journalism has any future at all, unless the media stands along side the masses, for truth, justice and human rights.
It's funny the way people talking about present world political facts, as soon as they praise China or Russia, at once fearfully make ammends by calling them draconian governments, their fear seem"s to prove the Western governments are just as or even more draconian.
I remember seeing Year Zero as a student in 1979 and it had a big impact on me. I have followed John Pilger ever since.

We all know who John Pilger is, but many people havent heard of another fine journalist, namely Peter Oborne. They both make the occasional honest mistake, but neither would deliberately lie to their readers and in that respect differ from the vast majority of journalists nowadays.
Pilger is bright and experienced enough to know that BOTH sides commit war crimes. Bravo John, as you say, this deceitful propaganda campaign and corrupt MSM is very sinister, we are well on our way to Orwell's 1984. The mindless majority swallow it hook, line and sinker, as though they have been hypnotised!

I have enjoyed John Pilger's reporting since young. The present day Western media is an embarrassment and we will not be able to find another replacement for Pilger. Because of Western politicians and their media's rhetoric, hate crimes, especially against non-whites have intensified. Today's Western reporters and journalists are transcribers of one sided news.
A 'club', they beat us with. we no longer have anything like democracy, now. we have a dictatorship.
Obvious to us now is that any position of authority attracts psychopaths. Maybe people seeking power should be psyche evaluated before they are allowed to wield power. But no, that would stop all the wrong people who have no stops.
