TBF it's not just Biden. The US have been abusing the dollar value for decades now to improve their own economy to the detriment of other countries. For international trade all countries must keep enormous amounts of dollars in reserve. Each times US economic policies devalues the dollar, it eats into the financial reserves of all those countries, and the US have been doing exactly that for decades. It never was a question of if, but always of when the dollar would be dumped. Biden just speeded up the process.
