Any process with government involved be it a government commission flagging books as obscene, or the FBI flagging Twitter users as foreign state actors, or the CDC flagging "medical disinformation" that then attempts to work with a private actor to remove that speech be it book stores, Twitter, or Facebook, is a due process violation because no judicial review or oversight is involved.

Why are you all acting like there is a question here? The CONSTITUTION is very clear…The Government can pass no law limiting free speech. The Government's powers come from LAWS. Since there is no law limiting free speech…no government personnel has the authority under the law to try to limit speech in any way. So, in the absence of that authority, when a government official acts the way these people acted, including President Joe Biden, publicly and privately pressuring Social Media companies to limit desent surrounding covid-19 and the vaccine…they were ABUSING THEIR POLITICAL POWER, because there is no law for them to stand behind. I'll say it again…this is a country governed by Laws. When you act outside of the law, you are no different to a VIGILANTE. These people acted like vigilantes in their efforts to limit free speech. My only question is, why haven't the Republicans in the House started IMPEACHMENT HEARINGS on some of their Democrat colleagues who were pressuring Social Media companies to limit free speech? These people need to lose their jobs. They violated the Constitution, which is the LAWS that governs politicians. When we the people break the laws that they pass to control us…we have to pay fines or fight the charge in court, but when they break the laws that govern them, they face no consequence. People don't realize it, but, the Government is the biggest threat to DEMOCRACY and more specifically, CONGRESS is the biggest threat to Democracy…there really is no power that can check Congress and we all know that they won't check themselves…so, they are the biggest threat to our Democracy.

Communism is already deeply intertwined into European Policies. Now Europe feels even more emboldened because we’re giving Ukraine unlimited money without actual intervention. Covid is real but shutting down the world is pretty crazy considering There have been world wars where people still weren’t locked down at home. “America to The Rescue again” it’s 2023 and Germany is stepping up to lead Europe in Defense of its Eastern Border. People talk about these companies working with the CDC hand in glove when it comes to how the social network sites were determining what was and what wasn't real or not when it comes to Covid in a "why would they (FB/Twitter, etc) really on what the CDC tells them?" Like they should have known not to rely on what they were being told. I honestly don't get that thinking. As of now, the way that the CDC, WHO, HHS have handled and acted throughout this entire pandemic clearly demonstrated that it's perfectly reasonable to be dubious of what they tell us. The fact that these companies replied on what information they were getting from these entities is also perfectly reasonable. These groups were exactly who they should have been listening to, why wouldn't they? Sure, there were a lot of people who were saying not to trust them from the very beginning, but that was more of a result of their ideological persuasion than because they had any evidence that they shouldn't be trusted, that wouldn't develop until later on. There certainly came a point when there was just too many things that pointed to these institutions were acting in bad faith, at least in part, but to act like that media companies should have known that all along seems to come from a combination of 20/20 hindsight and revisionist history.
