Western media frequently talks trash about morale issues in Russia and it's military. The existence of the Wagner group and the combined military operation seems to show great morale and ability to work together toward a common objective.

Russia is wiping Ukrainian culture off the face of the earth. Ukrainian churches being destroyed along with monuments and Ukrainian museums being pillaged. Russia has replaced ISIS as the cancer on cultures.

The German goal at Verdun was realized by the Russians goal at Soledar and Bakhmut: "to bleed the enemy white," as von Falkenhayn put it. The Germans ultimately failed in this regard. Russia did not fail. The Keivans are looking as white as sheets at this point.

There will be no settlement to end the war in Ukraine until Russia accomplishes all the goals it set for itself at the beginning. Ukraine could only be denazified on the battlefield by the deaths there of Bandera Nazi soldiers. Ukraine could only be prevented from joining NATO by making it more of a liability to that group than an asset. I have no idea when Russa will consider that it has fullfilled these acomplishments, but there will be no negotiations until they do.
Every Western weapon like a tank etc. that is sent and destroyed in Ukraine is one less that needs expensive maintenance and upkeep. ZOV.
