Thanks to unseasonably warm weather Europe did not need as much gas for heating . Global warming has uneventfully destroyed Putin's energy leverage against the EU nations. As a matter of fact the price of Russian Urals has dropped to 39.50 dollars a barrel. The Kremlin's propaganda machine says it just needs 40 Dollars a barrel just to break even. Break even is not enough because the war effort for Putin NEEDS at least 65 dollars a barrel at the bare minimum. As it already is Putin is urging Russian municipalities and local citizens to start forking our money to doante for the war effort. Russia is also short of manpower for the factories that makes tanks and vehicles. So Wagner groupies have decided to send prisoners from Russian jails to work as factories hands. They haven't any experience and will have severe consequences for the efficient function of those tanks in the battlefield.
Wagner groupies are gaining some grounds in bakhmut but at such a terribly high cost for the Russian Army. Everyday hundreds of Russians lose their lives from enemy artillery. However, once the Abrams and leopards 2 tanks role into the front lines in bakhmut… RUSSIAN tanks cannot match the armor and maneuverability of those thanks

-I need my fix!! I need to know about US-Navy and their air craft carrier activity who are 'boss' of US military abroad! I hope you are not drunk in the pub!!–lol. If 'I' was NATO boss, I would secretely find and send T72's which are much better suited, cheap, fast, 125mm gun, parts etc,. because if you are hit by large cal,. artilliary, rocket or missile,,you are fu–ed anyway no matter how 'thick' your armour is!+US etc,. don't want their 'supertanks' to be seen in flames!!
On what was the decisive force leading to ending U.S. involvement in the Vietnam conflict I must disagree with Alexander here because the single greatest factor was the resistance of the Vietnamese people to US imperialism. Because these determined people refused to fold in the face of western aggression and domination, first under the French followed immediately by the Americans, the US establishment determined that further investment into to the conflict was a losing proposition.
Almost all discussions of the wars the USA promotes and engages use expressions like "in the interest of the US" as if the US were a homogeneous class whose members share equally in victory or in defeat. Most observers realize that this representation is far from true and, in fact, the profits and losses of war are divided by socio-economic class that are entirely disparate, with the profits to the already wealthy and the losses to the rest of the nation. I tend to stop reading or listening as soon as I hear the phrase cited above. I know that used by some, it is merely the common habit, but by others it is part of the propaganda used by our US governments and media. The habit, when that is its use, is a bad one because it assists the propaganda when what is needed is a continual reminder to the public that they are being impoverished for good reason: to make the wealthy even wealthier!

There was an announcement on "The Jimmy Dore Show" that an organization made up of a conservative anti-war group and a 'lefty' anti-war group came together and they planned a massive Stop the War rally in D.C. for February 19 starting at the Lincoln Memorial. I hope it succeeds. At least the right and left are together on it.
