You act like the government isn't the TOOL of the oligarchy. Banning the state from censorship will accomplish what? The companies will do it ANYWAY and not have to abide by the first amendment (a mythical set of words on paper never upheld by your authoritarian state including all 50 and the fed) so what's the point of any of this?
This was a crime against the American people.
