I do not believe that Russia is interested in negotiating with Ukraine or the West. They have both proved themselves untrustworthy in this regard and it would be naive enter into negotiations with such people unless there are radical changes in leadership. The more practical course for Russia to follow is to continue their operation of demilitarization and deNazification of Ukraine. In other words to destroy the Ukraine military and to remove the present Ukrainian Nazi regime. They can then dictate their own terms for the future of that country, or what remains of it.
By instigating and supporting the 2014 Nazi coup the US led West have brought this debacle upon themselves and deserve to suffer the consequences.

The United States has unrivalled naval and air power but has never won a land war ever since WWII. In every war or military intervention they have always been pushed out eventually after they have had actual boots on the ground. They can wreck cities and countries but cannot win a protracted war against a hostile population and its insurgents.
Good news.. Stoltenberg has 'resigned'. Bad news… not until October '23. This man is incompetent but he kisses Brussels and USA butts. But why wait? Seems the head of Central Bank is retiring in October. Do you think Stoltenberg will be transferred to that position? Can you image him in charge of implementing and maintaining a new CBDC? NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg intends to leave his post in October just as proof of the Nordstream pipeline sabotage shows Norway's great involvment. Back in the early 90's Stoltenberg suggested that NATO should be disolved as communist Soviet no longer was any threat to Europe. This war shows to be another bankster war like every war since 1900!

The word responsibility is wildly misused in the press and general vernacular. In one case it used to say "who done" a terrible deed particularly when that party says I did it.. Another usage is to pin the tail on the donkey of "who made the decision or mistake" on something going bad. When we get to the carnage of war, the whole question is ignored and the question of responsibility is "who willfully decided to murder and reign chaos". And the bold leaders all say not me. The reason is that responsibility is a positive thing, especially that it promotes life and engagement in actions that produces good effects. War is an irresponsible activity that boils down to using bullets instead of words to fix the problem. No matter how you try to hide from being responsible for war, the truth stains the soul.. Just look at its aftermaths to decide if this is true or not for yourself. Cities and nations destroyed, cemeteries full, lives destroyed, and famine..
Why does the Ukraine need fighter jets? They do have their MIGs that have shot down all of the Russian air fleet, done by their heroes the ghost of Khiev, the dog of Khiev et al.
Right?
And they have 1000 Russian tanks that the Russian cowards left on the battle field, right?
Why then do they need Western jets and tanks? Where are their own heroic war machines?
